The trip starts from the capital of Kathmandu where you will be visiting the Buddhist landmark, Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey temple), from the hilltop overlooking the whole valley. On the second day of tour you will be driving to Dhulikhel which is a small quiet town, known for its traditional crafts, lies 30 km east of Kathmandu from where we will take you for a hike to the famous Namobudha. Also, we visit the ancient city of Patan and Bhaktapur to see architectural masterpieces of Hindu temples and Buddhist monuments on the third day. This tour also includes a trip to Lumbini, which is the birth place of Buddha and situated in the Terai plains of southern Nepal. We will be visiting the nativity site marked by a stone pillar erected by Indian Emperor Ashoka and in the last day of the Tours in Kathmandu you will be visiting Kopan monastery, Boundhanth stupa and Himalayan Buddhist Meditation centre to attend the one day workshop.
